| Description | AGR3, also known as anterior gradient protein 3 homolog precursor, is a secreted cytoplasmic protein which is involved in metastasis induction and p53 tumour supressor inhibition. It may serve as molecular marker and potential therapeutic target for hormone-responsive breast tumours. Recombinant human AGR3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminal domain, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa22-166 from human AGR3, fused to His-tag at N-terminal domain, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~19.5kD (MALDI-TOF) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
