Who can purchase Products on our Website?

We only serve Research Institutes and Laboratories. Our Products are not sold to Private individuals. Find moreDetails see our Terms and Conditions.

Can I place an order as a Guest, or do I need a user Account?

Orders placed online need an active user Account. The Account activation for new users can take up to 24 hours.

How can I place an Order?

Orders are accepted by the following methods:

Online: Order through our Website with the implemented Checkout System. All orders placed online will be confirmed within 48 hours.

Offline: Orders are also accepted via Email & Fax (Email: order@imugex.com; Fax: +49 (0) 551 70891886).

Can I request a Quotation?

Yes, it is possible to request a Quotation for bulk orders. Just put the desired Products in the shopping cart and click the “Quotation” button. We’ll send you an offer within 24 hours.

How long does the shipment or delivery take?

The delivery time of your Order is dependent on several factors. These include the availability of a product from our Suppliers, production time for customised Products etc. Usually delivery time is between 7 to 14 working days. As soon as we get a confirmation from our Supplier, you’ll be informed about the estimated delivery date of your purchase.

How can I pay for my Order?

You can pay via Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro).

Is VAT charged on my Order?

All prices at imugex.com are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged on the Orders placed from Germany. If you are located in an EU Member State and mention your UID, the VAT will not be applicable. No VAT is charged on Orders placed outside the EU.

What are the shipping and handling charges?

Shipping and handling charges are subjected to the placed Order. Different factors like the desired Destination, storage requirements of the Products (e.g. shipping with dry Ice) play a role in the calculation. You’ll see an order summary with the respective charges in the Shopping Cart after entering your Details (out of Germany orders will get exact shipping cost with order summery by email). Orders which must be shipped with dry Ice will cost 25 Euros additionally.

Return and Replacement Policy

Products are not returnable. However, if you face any issues regarding our products, although you have followed the instructions mentioned in enclosed Data Sheet please feel free to contact us. Our Scientific Department will evaluate whether the failure is because of the product or due to procedural error, if failure comes because of product you will get a one-time replacement.
