Description			ING1 is a tumor suppressor protein that can induce cell growth arrest and apoptosis. This protein is a nuclear protein that physically interacts with the tumor suppressor protein TP53 and is a component of the p53 signaling pathway. Reduced expression and rearrangement of this gene have been detected in various cancers. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-279 from human ING1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~34.3kD (302aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
