| Description | ITK is an intracellular tyrosine kinase expressed in T-cells. The protein contains both SH2 and SH3 domains which are often found in intracellular kinases. It is thought to play a role in T-cell proliferation and differentiation. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa352-620 from mouse ITK, fused to GST-tag at N-terminal, expressed in Sf9 cells via a baculovirus expression system. Molecular Weight: ~57kD Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Specific Activity: ~2.4pmol/min/ug Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
