| Description | Flt-3 ligand stimulates the proliferation and colony formation of certain BM precursor cells, including CD34 +ve cells. The biological activity was determined by dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human AML5 cells giving an ED50 of 1.0ng/ml. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human Flt3 Ligand expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~17.6kD Applications: Suitable for use inFunctional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Endotoxin: <0.1 ng/ug Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
