| Description | Ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases (UCHs) are a family of cysteine hydrolases that catalyze the UBPs hydrolyze isopeptide bonds between ubiquitin and the substrate protein or within polyubiquitin chains. Human isopeptidase T (isoT) is an UBP capable of binding ubiquitin that specifically disassembles free polyubiquitin chains linked through isopeptide bonds involving the K48 of ubiquitin into ubiquitin monomers. Source: Recombinant corresponding to human Isopeptidase expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~93.4kD Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
