| Description | SUMO2-rhodamine 110 is a quenched fluorescent substrate for desumoylases, e.g. Sentrin protease 1 (SenP1) and SenP2. Cleavage of the amide bond between the C-terminal glycine of human SUMO2 and the fluorophore releases monoglycyl rhodamine 110 resulting in an increase in rhodamine fluorescence at 535 nm (Exc. 485 nm). Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human SUMO2. Molecular Weight: ~10.83kD Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
