| Description | uBTD2, also known as DCuBP (dendritic cellderived ubiquitin-like protein), is a ubiquitin (ub) domain-containing protein first identified from dendritic cells, and is implicated in ubiquitination pathway. ubiquitin is the most well understood post-translation modifier, there is a growing family of ubiquitin-like proteins (uBLs) that modify cellular targets in a pathway. ubL proteins are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including DNA repair, protein sorting, apoptosis, protein degradation, cell division and autophagy. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-234 of human UBTD2, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
