| Description | UBE2L3 (UbcH7) is an E2 (ubiquitin conjugating enzyme) ligase involved in the conjugation of ubiquitin to target substrates, along with E1 and E3 enzymes. UbcH7 has been shown to work with HECT domain E3’s (E6-AP), in addition to RING containing E3’s. UbcH7 is homologous to the UbcH5 family. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human UBE2L3. Molecular Weight: ~17.86kD Biological Activity: Typical enzyme concentration of 100nM-1mM is used for in vitro conjugation, depending on conditions. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C.
