| Description | CTFG-L is a regulatory protein that belongs to the CCN family of chemokines. This protein has been shown to be involved in many processes such as but not limited to stimulating mitosis, adhesion, apoptosis, extracellular matrix production and migration of multiple cell types. CTFG-L is mainly found in the heart, osteoblasts, fibroblasts, ovaries, and testes. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human WISP2 expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~24.5kD Endotoxin: <1EU/ug (LAL) Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
