Description | Label: Rhodamine (Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate) (MW: 444D) Absorption Wavelength: 550 nm Emission Wavelength: 570 nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 2.7 moles TRITC per mole of Streptavidin Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA (Fluorescent), Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: IF Microscopy: 1:1000-1:5000 ELISA (Fluorescent): 1:10,000-1:50,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Rhodamine labeled products are light sensitive. |
