| Description | Source: Neutralized (pI = 6.3), deglycosylated avidin purified from egg white. Mr/Structure: 60kD tetramer of four identical subunits, each containing a single binding site. Applications: • Flow cytometry • FLISA • Immunoblotting • Immunohistochemistry Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤ 0.2ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
