| Description | Source: Neutralized (pI = 6.3), deglycosylated avidin purified from egg white. Mr/Structure: 60kD tetramer of four identical subunits, each containing a single binding site. Applications: • Flow cytometry • Enzyme-Linked-Immunosorbent-Assay (FLISA) • Immunoblotting • Immunohistochemistry Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤ 1ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store at 2-8°C. PE/CY5 combination conjugate is used as a third fluorochrome in multicolor flow cytometry applications when only a single 488nm excitation source is available. Antibodies are covalently coupled using heterobifunctional linking reagents, resulting in an optimal conjugation format for flow cytometry. | ||
