| Description | Neutralized (pI = 6.3), deglycosylated avidin purified from egg white. Mr/Structure: 60kD tetramer of four identical subunits, each containing a single binding site. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.2ug/10e6 cells FLISA: ≤1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 6 months after receipt at 4°C. CY5 conjugates are sensitive to light | ||
