| Description | Source: Recombinant corresponding to human GST A3-3 expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~25kD Biological Activity: ~60 Units/mg using spectrophotometric determination of 1-chloro-2, 4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB) conjugation with reduced glutathione (1mM) in 100mM NaPO4 (pH 6.5) at room temperature. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
