| Description | Protein Marker consists of seven precisely sized recombinant proteins (MW 70, 57, 40, 28, 18, 13.5, 8.5kD). Concentration: Each protein is 0.1ug/ul, except for 8.5kD (0.2ug/ul). Note: Do not heat before loading! Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
