Description			The RoboGene HBV DNA Quantification Kit 3.0 is validated for quantification of Hepatitis B Virus DNA in human plasma or serum samples using One-Step Real-Time PCR. The universal kit setup allows flexible and reliable application to most major Real-Time PCR platforms currently available on the market. The Internal Control is provided as an IC Spiking Tube for convenient handling with manual as well as automated extraction methods. Due to probes labeled with different fluorescent reporter dyes, amplification of HBV DNA and IC in samples and standards are measured independently at different wavelengths (HBV in FAM channel, IC in VIC or Cy5 channel). Benefit from superior sensitivity and specificity and rely on defined lyophilized standards covering concentrations from 2.5x102 to 2.5x107 IU/mL for precise data acquisition. These kit sizes, all including 4x4 standards, are available to provide the perfect solutions from low to high throughput laboratories.
