Description | Streptavidin isolated from Streptomyces avidinii covalently bound to agarose.Applications: Suitable for purification of biotinylated macromolecules. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunopreciptiation. Other applications have not been tested. Quality Control Testing: Immunoprecipitation: 60ul precipitated immuno-complexes between a biotinylated monoclonal phosphotyrosine antibody and tyrosine phosphorylated proteins from a RIPA lysate prepared from EGF-stimulated A431 cells. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
