| Description | Transfection grade T-cell factor (TCF) reporter plasmid containing two sets (with the second set in the reverse orientation) of three copies of the TCF binding site (wild type) upstream of the Thymidine Kinase (TK) minimal promoter and Luciferase open reading frame. FOPflash (F5950) containing mutated TCF binding sites is also available as a negative control. Size: 5.5kb Applications: Suitable for use in TCF assays. Other applications not tested. Recommeded Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
