| Description | The ANPRA/Aequorin expression vector is designed to co-express human atrial natriuretic peptide receptor A (ANPRA, also called natriuretic peptide receptor A/guanylate cyclase A) and jellyfish (Aequorea victoria) Aequorin in mammalian cells. Note: The vector is suitable for transient transfection. It is not suitable for amplification in bacteria. Application: Suitable for use with the PDE1B, Cell-Based, Reporter BioAssay™ Kit. Storage and Stability: Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
