| Description | This E. coli-derived 43.7kD recombinant protein contains the Hepatitis B Virus HBe adw immunodominant region. Applications: Suitable for use as an antigen in ELISA and Western Blot, excellent antigen for detection of HBV with minimal specificity problems. Immunoreactive with sera HBV-infected individuals. Storage and Stability: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
