| Description | E.coli derived 30 kD recombinant protein. Artificial mosaic polypeptide composite constructed from diagnostically relevant antigenic regions derived from the NS4 region. Applications: Antigen in ELISA and Western Blot, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems. Immunoreactive with sera of HCV-infected individuals. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
