Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: solid phase antigen-antibody titration assay: Dilute the antigen preparation 10 to 20-fold in PBS. Western Blot: 10ng range depending on the nature and affinity of the secondary detection reagent. ELISA: HCV converted human serum polyclonal antibodies yield titers of 1:10, 000 or greater at 100ng of immobilized protein under standard ELISA conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
