| Description | Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 4-5 Biological Activity: This FITC-conjugated gp120 binds to CD4 bearing T-cells as determined by FACS. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct Immunoflouorescent staining, FACS, Immunohistochemistry and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Direct Immunoflouorescence: 1:50 Dot Blot: ≥ 1:100 using purified anti-gp120 monoclonal or rabbit polyclonal antibodies. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. | ||
