Description | Peroxidase conjugated full length rgp120 HIV-1 MN. Peroxidase conjugated rgp120 MN binds to mouse monoclonal antibodies of defined epitope specificity in ELISA and Western ELISA. Molar Ratio: 2-4 peroxidase molecules per molecule of gp120. Biological Activity: Peroxidase conjugated rgp120 MN binds to immobilized human T-cell receptor CD4 in ELISA and Western ELISA. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light. |
