| Description | Coupling Ratio: ~5-10 moles of biotin per mole nef. Biological Activity: Binds to solid phase murine anti-nef monoclonal antibodies as determined by capture ELISA using strepavidin-HRP as a secondary reagent. Applications: Suitable for use in T-Cell Research, ELISA and Western ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000 Capture ELISA: 1-10ng Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. | ||
