Description | Coupling Ratio: ~10-20 moles of biotin per mole tat. Biological Activity: Biotin tat binds to solid phase murine anti-tat mAb and human rHexim1 as determined by capture ELISA using strepavidin-HRP as a secondary reagent. Applications: Suitable for use in T Cell Research, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. 1. ELISA may be performed in 1:1000 dilution range depending on the concentration of the test ligand and specificity and sensitivity of the secondary reagents. tat/anti-tat mAb capture ELISA may be performed in 100ng mAb in solid phase and 1-10ng of biotin-tat. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
