| Description | Single-stranded oligonucleotide primer, chemically synthesized, consisting of 6 random sequence deoxyribonucleotides suitable for DNA synthesis applications using Klenow DNA polymerase with a template or for cDNA synthesis using reverse transcriptase with an mRNA template. Special Labels: Biotin, Fluorescein, and Phosphate modifications can be included at the 5' or 3' site. For special labels add -B, -F, -P and -5, -3 to the catalog number. Sequence: 5’ NNN NNN 3’ Optical Density (OD): ~10 (estimated value; lot-specific value reported on CofA) 1 OD unit is roughly equivalent to 33ug ssDNA GC Content: ~50% Molecular Weight: 1791.7g/mol Tm: 18°C Storage & Stability: Store at -20°C.
