| Description | This recombinant HCV (subtype 1a) protein is made in yeast cells. It covers from methionine 1 to glycine 120 of the HCV polyprotein. It is a fusion protein with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
