| Description | E.coli derived recombinant. The 18kD protein contains the West-Nile N-Terminal Envelope Virus immunodominant regions. The protein is fused with 6xHis tag. Specificity: Immunoreactive with sera of West Nile virus infected individuals. Applications: Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of West-Nile virus with minimal specificity problems. Storage: Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -200C. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Stability: Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature. | ||
