| Description | An artificial mosaic polypeptide composite constructed from fragments of the NS-4 immunodominant region of 11 different HCV genotypes. Contains GST fusion partner. Molecular weight 66kD. Immunoreactive with HCV positive sera. Source: Recombinant corresponding to Hepatitis C Virus NS-4 Antigen, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
