| Description | N-terminal part of the Envelope protein immunodominant region. Contains 6 histidines fusion sequence. Reacts with human West Nile Virus positive serum. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Lateral Flow and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. | ||
