| Description | Nucleoprotein homology is 96% and Neuraminidase homology is 82% when tested with Influenza A/New Jersey/8/76 (H1N1) and Influenza A/California/04/2009 (H1N1). Source: Allantoic fluid of chicken eggs Concentration: ~107-108 infectious units/ml (prior to inactivation) Inactivation: Formaldehyde and Beta Propiolactone. Infectivity tested after viral inactivation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
