| Description | Rubella viral infection (German Measles) is typically a mild and self-limiting disease that is most often contracted during childhood. Primary rubella infections are not common in adults, but if they occur, the infection may have serious consequences in pregnant women. Source: HPV77 includes the envelope spike protein comprised of E1 and E2 in the native configuration expressed in Vero Cells. Applications: Suitable for in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. | ||
