Description | A concentrated source of highly-purified Adenovirus particles from a lysate of optimally-infected 293 cells. Source: Adenovirus, type 40 (Group F), from a lysate of optimally-infected 293 cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Inactivation: Heated to 54° for 2 hours. Confirmed inactive by growth on 293 cells for 2 weeks with no CPE observed. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: No test guarantees a product to be non-infectious. All materials should be handled as if potentially infectious. Generally accepted laboratory practices appropriate for infectious materials should be employed when handling this product. |
