| Description | Fusion protein corresponding to the serine protease NS3 (a.a.3-181) and cofactor NS4A (a.a.2132) from Hepatitis C virus genotype 1b (GenBank Accession No. AF054247) with Arg-to-Lys mutation on a.a.155, and Nterminal Flag-His tag, MW= 22.3kD,expressed in an E.coli expression system. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to HCV1b at N-terminus, fused to Flag-His tag expressed in E.coli.
