Description Chagas is a parasite found primarily in Latin America and occasionally in Southern United States. It is caused by Trypanosoma cruzi. This protein shows very high binding to T. cruzi (Chagas) converted human serum polyclonal antibodies in ELISA and Western. Qualified for one-step diagnostic tests. Source: E.coli Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
