Description | Tuberculosis has become a global public health problem and there is an urgent need for more effective control measures. Although people with TB do produce the immune response needed to destroy the Mycobacterium, the disease continues to progress. This is due to the presence of a second immune response that undermines the effect of the first one. Multi-drug resistance is also a major factor in the spread of infection and hence the separate antigenic components are needed in research to fight the disease. Source: E.coli Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
