Description			HAVCR1, also known as Hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 1, is a membrane receptor for both human hepatitis A virus (HHAV) and TIMD4. The protein may be involved in the moderation of asthma and allergic diseases. The reference genome represents an allele that retains a MTTVP amino acid segment that confers protection against atopy in HHAV seropositive individuals. Three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa21-295 from human HAVCR1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~31.9kD (298aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
