| Description | Contains four antigens expressed in E. coli in a chimera: - HCV Core Fragment (aa11-53) - HCV NS3 Fragment (aa1210-1450, 1337-1483) - HCV NS4 Fragment (aa1888-1925) - HCV NS5 Fragment (aa2332-2423) Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
