| Description | Recombinant Borrelia garinii p14 antigen produced from the internal fragment (aa197-274) of the 41kD flagellin protein. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa197-274 from Borrelia garinii, fused to His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~16.4kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Lateral Flow and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 3-11ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
