| Description | Immunoreactive with sera from HSV 8-infected individuals with minimum specificity problems. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to immunodominant region from ORF65 (aa140-170) and N-terminal region from O RF8 (aa32-62) of Herpes Virus 8 Mosaic, fused to GST, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
