| Description | Bordetella pertussis toxin (frozen) This Bordetella pertussis toxin (frozen) has been developed in response to the increasing pressure on the IVD industry to supply highly specific, cost-effective antibody capture systems, which are needed for monitoring vaccination programmes. The toxin undergoes two rounds of FHA (Filamentous Haemagglutinin) removal and manufacturing procedures are geared to ensure minimal variation. Source: Purified pertussis toxin from B. pertussis strain NC10739/ACTC 9797. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
