Insulin Receptor Sequence Information Protein Human, Insulin R Accession number GenBank NM_000208 Tags N-terminal His6 Native sequence V1005 of native protein is equivalent to V16 in recombinant sequence. Specific Activity: As reported Unit Definition: One unit equals the incorporation of 1nmol of phosphate per min into 250uM Axltide (KKSRGDYMTMQIG), at 30°C with a final ATP concentration of 100uM. Applications: Suitable for us ein Protein Phosphorylation Assays and MS. Tryptic Fingerprint. Other applications not tested. Recommended dilution: Protein Phosphorylation Assay: 30-300ng. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C.
