Description ITGB2, also known as integrin beta-2, is a receptor for ICAM1, ICAM2, ICAM3 and ICAM4. It may belong to an extended family of cell surface molecules including the fibronectin binding protein. Also It is a complement receptor type 3 (CR3). It triggers neutrophil transmigration during lung injury through PTK2B/PYK2-mediated activation. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa23-700 from human ITGB2, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell.
