Description			Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human Kallikrein-1, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 262aa with 6×His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~29.7kD (262aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biological Activity Measured by its ability to cleave a flourogenic peptide substrate Pro-Phe-Arg-7-amido-4- methylcoumarin (PFRAMC). The specific activity is > 2000pmoles/min/ug.
