Cy3 is more photostable than many other flourophores and can be seen with TRITC filter sets. It is commonly combined with green-fluorescent dyes for dual-labeling Source: Jacalin Blood Specificity: O (+SA), T antigen Sugar Specificity: Galbeta; 3GalNAc Inhibitory Carbohydrate: Galactose or Melibiose Fluorescence: Orange Divalent Ions: None Required Excitation: 550nm Emission: 570nm Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt.
