| Description | Pure Helix pomatia lectin from edible snail, covalently linked to colloidal gold (40nm particle size). HAuCl4 Concentration: OD520 = 4 Note: Gently resuspended any sediment. If necessary, clarify by centrifugation at 400-500 x g for ten minutes before use. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
