The active MMP-1 protein is very useful in studying enzyme kinetics, cleave target substrates, and screen for inhibitors, etc. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human MMP-1, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~19.9kD Biological Activity: The protein is biologically active as determined by MMP-1 activity assay.
