| Description | S-(5'-Adenosyl)-L-methionine, 400uM solution. Used in the study of enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecular inhibitors of S-adenosyl homocysteine hydrolase and histone methyltransferases for drug discovery and HTS application. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Concentration: 250ul @ 400uM Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
